This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom newly built Lake Martin residence provides plenty of relaxation and the perfect weekend spot to gather with family and loved ones! Featuring an array of household amenities and ample living space - both outside and inside - spread out and kick your feet up for an idyllic vacation at Alabama's most beautiful lake! This home offers a screened-in porch with large flat-screen TV (awesome for fall football!), along with two indoor seating areas that open to both a kitchen and dining area. The large, well-appointed kitchen boasts plenty of counter space for meal preparation and serving and comes stocked with stainless steel appliances, utensils, glassware and more. The dining area is situated in front of a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an incomparable view of the water and sunset - the perfect complement to dinner. On the main level are two master suites, each with its own king-size bed and walk-in shower, as well as a separate powder bath and a laundry room.
Upstairs, you'll find two more king bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with tub/shower combo to accommodate little ones) and a bunk/play room (what we affectionately refer to as "The Aquarium"), which can sleep up to four kiddos.

Summary: beautiful interior. quality architectural finishes and furniture. master bedroom overlooks and opens onto lake, master shower has view of lake and is light-filled. rooms are spacious and well-appointed but with a clean, uncluttered look. plenty of linens. well-maintained and immaculate. owner was responsive and friendly.
